Help - Making Offers
To make an offer select an item of interest using either the search, by stepping through the categories or by selecting a link on the home page listings. Once you have registered and are logged in you will see an offer box next to the item description and picture. Click on the "Make An Offer" button to make an offer from your listed items or a cash offer.
If you want to offer an item you must list it first. See the section on "Listing an Item" for more information.
Once you have selected an offer or made a cash offer you will be asked to confirm the offer. The listing member will then decide to accept, reject or mark your offer as the preferred offer.
